Welcome to my very first blog of what I hope is a long journey into my Life and my world of culinary. Im not a writer or a journalist and won't claim to be this is my opinions and views written my way with my words.

By the Title you would of guessed Im a chef but not just a chef Im a passionate larger than life guy (in every way) hopefully Ill give you a glimpse into what I love and what I don't, what I get to do and how I do it and lets explore the good things that is in food everyday.

Ill also along the journey will invite my closest friends  in culinary to also jump on to the blog and also get into what they love and how they do what they love. If you have any questions or what to know please reach out and ill get to them as soon as I can.
